ABOUT EVEREST HOSPITALITY
At Everest Hospitality, there's no shortage of skill, or passion, in providing our hotel owners with professional hospitality management services. We go out of our way to ensure that every facet and detail of our hospitality services is exemplary . . . so that our owner-clients are completely and 100% satisfied. In short, we know that there are other choices out there for the services we provide, so we work hard to be certain that our proven management systems give our clients a competitive edge others can't provide.
Our mission at Everest Hospitality, LLC, is to develop trust with our employees, customers, and owners through consistent standards of operation and responsive action, leading to an overall culture of Legendary Hospitality Service at every managed hotel. We accomplish our mission using straightforward operating principles: Our hotels are clean, organized, and well maintained. Our General Managers lead teams of well trained, customer-driven employees who are consistently challenged to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.
These objectives are the filter that helps define and guide all of our activities. They represent a commitment to our clients and to our employees.
Our Approach to Hospitality
While policies, procedures, and systems are important, our success at Everest Hospitality is directly related to the ability of our hotel teams to create an experience for our guests. We believe that in a world where civility is diminished our hotels provide a small world where civility is protected. It takes engaged people, always on stage and empowered to ensure the complete satisfaction of our guests, to make this dream a reality. While never losing sight of the fact we are operating a business, our first priority is to create a home away from home that is at all times ready to receive the next weary traveler.
